Corporate Rebrand

The brief: completely rebrand this public company using only internal resources following a $350m M&A event; including a new logo, new corporate mission statement and positioning and a communications plan for unifying the two organizations. 

The marketing team led strategic discovery session with executive leadership and key department leadership. Complete marketing, communications and transition plans were developed while work progressed on the new identity campaign.

The new identity and campaign elements were unveiled to great acclaim and success at the first global sales meeting following the merger.
